Ready to take content organization to the next level? Knowledge Hubs is now available in the Beekeeper widget!
Exciting news - admins now have full control over how eduMe content is categorized in Beekeeper. Lessons can be grouped into thematic sections, curating structured learning paths for a more impactful learning experience.
With Knowledge Hubs, learners can easily focus on key topics with the top-priority courses for their roles pinned at the top two sections. Plus, they can expand their knowledge by exploring a broader, company-wide library of content and choosing to learn topics outside their roles.
Deliver targeted training with Smart Teams 👥
Sending the right training to the right team is important, but it’s just the starting point. The real impact comes from making training not only focused but also flexible to set up.
Now, in Beekeeper, you can start creating Smart Teams to drive that impact - here’s how.
Each Beekeeper group will automatically be added as a tag in eduMe. You can mix and match these tags to create teams with dynamic structures, such as combining multiple teams to deliver shared training topics.
You can also set up Smart Teams based on events, unlocking conditional training once learners have reached key milestones, such as completing a course.
Sync user data hassle-free 🔄
User provisioning in Beekeeper just got a whole lot easier!
When admins update user details in Beekeeper, those changes will instantly reflect in eduMe when learners view the widget. On top of that, eduMe runs a daily sync every 24 hours to keep all user data fresh and accurate.
With automatic data sync, you can count on up-to-date user details without lifting a finger.
Level up lesson visuals with Image-only Slides 🖼️
Looking to make your courses more visually engaging? You can now create lesson slides with full-screen images, ideal for condensing complex ideas into eye-catching, digestible visuals.
