eduMe’s core mission has always been to give everyone the opportunity to be successful at work. This month, we’re introducing new features that deepens our commitment to success even further!

Discover our new integration with Workday Recruiting, empowering new starters to be job-ready from day one. But that’s not all - we are also bringing a more personalized experience to Knowledge Hubs where learners can actively explore content for their own development.

Read on to find out more about what is new in eduMe in September.

Workday Recruiting integration 💼

Many frontline companies experience a common recruiting challenge: new employees failing to show up to their first shift.

This challenge typically occurs when new hires feel unprepared for their role or disconnected from their employers. That’s why we believe training should be embedded where it matters most in the recruiting process: post-offer and pre-first day.

Big news: with our new Workday Recruiting integration, you can now plug microlearning into your hiring flow to get your people job-ready before they even start.

Syncing data from your Workday Recruiting records, eduMe identifies and tags those with a future employment start date as ‘New Hires’. Training can then be assigned through Workday and delivered directly to their mobile devices, making onboarding easier.

Our short-form, social media-style training is designed to be fun and familiar, keeping your new starters engaged while helping them build confidence with ease.

Knowledge Hubs personalization 🧠

In Knowledge Hubs, tailored training for specific job roles has always been delivered through the ‘For You’ tab. But now, personalization goes even further.

'All Content' tab 📚

We are introducing an exciting update: ‘All Content’ tab in Knowledge Hubs.

This new tab opens up a library of content that's relevant and accessible to all roles across your company, giving learners the opportunity to expand knowledge beyond role-specific training. Learners can freely explore a broader content catalogue, choosing to learn topics they find valuable and interesting outside their roles.

Now, personalization isn’t just about what content learners are assigned, but also what content they can choose to discover at their own pace. As learners are empowered to actively personalize their experience through self-driven discovery, they can take charge of their development, driving a culture of growth and continuous learning.

Visibility rules 👀

For admins, content curation just got even easier. Admins can now seamlessly distribute content by setting visibility rules, ensuring the right teams receive the right content within just a few clicks.

Visibility settings can also be applied to sections (thematic groups of content) in Knowledge Hubs. Instead of overriding, section visibility can flexibly combine with visibility of individual content pieces.

For example, admins can set a section to be visible to specific teams, making this section appear under their ‘For You’ tab. Meanwhile, the content inside this section can be kept visible to everyone, allowing members of other teams to access it via the ‘All Content’ tab.
