Does eduMe have an app? / Do we have to download another app?
While other platforms require learners to download an app, make an account and remember yet another password, eduMe does not.
Instead, we integrate into the tools you’re already using (and paying for). Learners are able to access training in one tap through tools like Workday and Microsoft Teams, within your proprietary employee app, or alternatively via SMS, email or QR code. This not only removes friction from the learner experience, but also drives higher engagement and consequently ROI.
How is eduMe different from other tools/vendors?
Unlike third party apps, we integrate into the tools you already use and pay for.
While most training solutions were built with the traditional desk-based worker in mind, eduMe is purpose-built for the frontline. Instead of requiring learners to go searching for information in an employee intranet or download another app, we help our customers deliver instant access to knowledge at the point of need. Whether it’s by scanning a QR code next to a piece of equipment or tapping into a Knowledge Hub that’s embedded in their employee app, your learners can access the information they need and get back to work within a matter of minutes.

Is eduMe an LMS? / “We already have an LMS…why do we need eduMe?”
Traditional Learning Management Systems (LMS) are not optimal for frontline learning. They require your workers to go searching for relevant content, but your deskless workers need training to be brought to them, in a format that fits their specific needs.
eduMe acts as a supplement to your LMS and helps you bridge the gap between HQ and the frontline. While we provide many of the same functionalities of an LMS - creation, content delivery, learner management and reporting - we are primarily focused on helping you deliver job-critical information in a bitesize, engaging format. This approach has driven a 300x increase in engagement for our customers, as well as cost savings of up to $600,000.
Do you support SCORM?
We don’t support SCORM, because it’s not effective for frontline learning. It’s not mobile-friendly, content creation is slow and expensive, and the learner experience leaves much to be desired.
Many still rely on SCORM because of the ability to import content from one platform to another, but - over 20 years later - there are better ways to save time and still train your frontline effectively.

Is eduMe only suitable for mobile devices?
eduMe is primarily designed for portable devices (as that’s what suits your frontline workers best), but it’s also adaptable to your needs. You can deliver eduMe content via smartphones, tablets, workplace devices, desktop computers - anywhere your workers need us.

Do you have a library of pre-made content?
Frontline training works best when it’s specific to the needs of your learner, and you’re organization. For that reason, we don’t have a library of pre-made content.
However, it’s very quick and easy to create content with eduMe - especially with our AI tools. But don’t just take our word for it:

Is eduMe just a content creation tool?
We do plenty more - though our content creation tools are pretty impressive. eduMe also lets you deliver your content anywhere it’s needed (whether that’s via SMS, a third party app or your own proprietary tech), pull in worker data from your existing tools to create personalized experiences, and analyze performance in real time.
Do you only integrate with Workday?
No. We have over 25 integration partners including Microsoft Teams, ADP, UKG and more. The nature of our product also means we can integrate wherever you need us - even within your proprietary technology.

We don’t provide company devices / no personal devices are allowed
While we’re firm in our belief that mobile is best, there are other ways to deliver content to your frontline even if they don’t have access to personal devices on the job.
From SSO (Single Sign On) and QR codes to badge authentication, our team will work with you to find the best method for your organization.
